At Fleshlight Official Store, we stand by the quality of our apparel and accessories; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting the request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
